What exactly is a Certified Legal Document Preparer?
In order to become a Certified Legal Document Preparer, an individual must meet the necessary requirements and pass a test held by the Arizona Supreme Court. Upon passing the test, the individual can then "Prepare or provide legal documents, without the supervision of an attorney, for an entity or a member of the public in any legal matter when that entity or person is not represented by an attorney." We are not attorney's and we cannot provide you with legal advice. In the event legal advice and/or representation is needed, we can provide you with referrals to reputable attorney's to assist you.
